My moms Christmas card

Merry Christmas and happy holidays everyone! This is the card I made for my mom:

I drew the tree with Copic markers, I cut out the star with a die and pink sequins glued on with clear glue. If you look at it upside down the tree is a heart! I decided to not put a sentiment because I didn't think it needed one. 

Muse #144 - Happy Birthday!

Well, my mom forgot to ask someone to be the Guest at Muse this month, so guess what? It's me!

This card was originally just made as a Happy Birthday card for my friend. I was inspired by the design of the gift card we bought for my friend and used my mom's Mama Elephant Little Edibles stamps and Bella Letters Alphabet. I drew in the hashtag and 'th' after 12 using a copic multiliner. I coloured the stamps with Copics. I chose the taco because we had tacos at the party. The other icons were chosen because they are fun birthday treats.

Inside the card I made a gift card holder using MFT's Gift Card Grooves dies. (no photo, sorry!)

This card is for CASology #168: You

The rolling pin and sentiment are from Lawn Fawn and the heart is from Clearly Besotted I hand cut the dough and coloured them all with Copic markers. 

Mothers day card

This card is just 'cause. I used stampin up flowers, Simon says stamp inks and memory box dies to cut the letters. The white letters are supposed to look like clouds in the blue sky.

Alyssa's Birthday Card

Happy birthday Alyssa!!! This card is for my friend Alyssa. She turned 11 this month! For this card I stamped solid circles in the background using hero arts neon inks. The word party is a paper tray die and the other letters are from M.F.T.

CASology #150 Graduation

This card is for casology #150 graduation.  I think its fun yet cas. I used the sentiment from Avery Elle and the face is from Stamps of Life. These colours are the school colours of my brothers school so I might give it to him when he graduates.

happy birthday Léa and Mia

Happy birthday to my neighbors Léa and Mia who turn 13 today!!!! In these cards I used patterned paper from doodle bug and new doggy stamps and sentiment from mama elephant. I chose these dogs because they have a dog named Lola. she  is a Jack Russel pug mix and is adorable!!! My mom taught me how to shade one side to make look like a shadow.

Lailas birthday

This card is for my friend Laila. Her favourite colour is black so I think this suits her very well. Her birthday was actually the 20th of May but I am making the post now. I used a stamp from Stampotique and a die from Taylored Expressions . 

CASology #137

This card is for CASology #137 tropical!

I was inspired by a this image from Pinterest:

I used a sentiment from...sorry, my mom can't remember and i didn't think the word "sunshine" worked so I changed it. I hand cut the palm tree leaves and used a die for the island and tree. I also used Distress and Memento ink for the background and sentiment.

Kara's birthday!

This card is for my cousin Kara...she is turning 10. This card is a remake of my muse #78 card:

I used photo booth from neat and tangled and face it from the ally way stamps. I like these stamp sets together because they are cute and funny.

twins birthday

My cousins Luke and Oliver are turning 8 this year so I made them same but different cards.

The penguins are an old stamp'n up set. I put stickles on the water of both and coloured them my-self. I like these penguins a lot because they are cute and funny. 

Celliebrate

This card is for my cousin Ellie who is turning 14! I did the "Ellie" in pink and I added glossy accents to the Ellie so that it would stand out from the rest of the word. The patterned paper is from doodle bug and the letters are from memory box.

Sara's birthday card

This card is for my friend Sara who's birthday is on Wednesday. She is turning 11!  I was inspired by the movie "UP!". I used a 1 inch circle punch for all the balloons and I drew in the strings. I prefer to use stamps to make EVERYTHING but I think drawing it makes it look messy which works since it's string blowing away in the sky.

CASology #113

This card is for CASology #113. I didn't just want to do grass but it still had to be grassy so i did a penguin wearing a grass skirt from a stamping up set. I finished it of by using what I call surfer font for the happy birthday.

Bev's birthday

This card is for Bev's birthday. Surprise!!!!!! Happy birthday Bev! i was inspired by this card (which she made)

I used the same alphabet (without capitals) and I wanted to also include the circles at the bottom (sequins?) but differently so I used Christmas lights and colored them controlled randomly, as my mom would say. I also made it in rainbow but i did not like it as much and the over lapping was messy so i re-did it with just warm colors

                                  This will be my 2nd entry this week because I got this good idea:

I did it 7 times before i liked it (because I stamped it upside down or because it was not straight). I know this one's not perfect but it was the best one. 

CASology #110

For this challenge I used Hero Arts lol set for the phone, heart and smiley face and the I heart you is from Paper Smooches.  I started off with the idea of an email and it kinda changed to text but I think it still connects to letter.

my painting

So the other day I found a canvas in my play room. I wanted to paint something abstract and i found this on Pintrest and I thought that I was going to make it. Here is how I made the painting. I toke the scotch blue tape and made a random design (you can make the tape as neat or as random as you want). Next I chose which colors to use (rainbow plus pink). And then I painted all the big and little areas. Then I waited for the paint to dry. And finally peeled of the tape to reveal the final creation.

here is my java card:

I'm excited to be the guest designer this week! I don't actually know much about coffee since I don't drink it. For the coffee in my card I embosed the "cream" in clear and then sponged it with photo, twigs and walnut distress inks. For the mug I cut a whole bunch of the 2 circles and glued the rings together and added the handle. For the sentiment I looked through a LOT of different sets and found this one in a Technique Tuesday set. I used it because cream lightens up coffee.
